Associate Director – Facade Design

As Associate Director – Facades, Matt combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, people-first approach that clients value. With experience across a wide range of commercial and residential projects throughout Australia, on both the contractor and client sides, he understands how facades impact the safety, performance and longevity of buildings.

Matt works closely with clients to understand what matters most, manage risk and deliver clear, long-term solutions. His collaborative style and genuine focus on relationships help create outcomes that support asset performance well beyond the project itself.

Working in the construction industry poses a unique set of risks.

At CORE, we not only commit to getting the job done, but getting it done safely. This will always remain our top priority and is a principle that is strongly embedded within our systems and culture.

All members of our team receive regular training on worksite safety, approaching every project with unwavering focus and discipline to ensure they are taking care of themselves and those around them.

We are proudly certified in accordance with ISO 45001, the world’s first, work health and safety (WHS) standard.

As a successful organisation, we see it as our duty to give back to the community.

For 5 years, we have been proud supporters of The Property Industry Foundation and its incredible efforts toward ending youth homelessness.

From fitness challenges, to sailing regattas and toy drives, the CORE team are always ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved for such a worthy cause.

To show our ongoing support, CORE has committed to donating $5 from every invoice generated so that we can help rebuild the lives of young people who do not have a safe and secure place to call home.
