Working through to 70% detailed design, our focus was on creating a well-coordinated and buildable services solution across a highly layered project.

The integration of new residential and commercial elements alongside a heritage structure required careful planning and close collaboration. We worked proactively with Plus+ Architecture and the broader consultant team to navigate spatial constraints, resolve key interfaces and ensure services aligned with both modern performance requirements and heritage sensitivities.Our team took an active role in design workshops – not only contributing technically, but often leading coordination discussions across disciplines to maintain momentum and clarity as the design evolved.
